    Long Stringy Thing???

i havent looked at this one for a while but the stringy thing doesnt have a base like that. It retracts only when the light comes on and nothing is really stuck to it. It sometimes extends about 6 inches. Like i was saying it would have about 20 or 30 little strings off the side of it that...

DAY 4 - This is not as easy as it was in the trial runs. I found two hitch hiker crabs while trying to "fish" my chomis out from the live rock. Caught one of them. He is in the fuge right now. These guys are as bad as the Damsel Disaster I had a while back. The Blenny is helping me though...

    Power Outtage!!

I did a huge water change (double than normal) this weekend to try and rejunvenate things and there was a marked increase and improvement with pretty much everything in the tank. The Anemone has started getting its colour back and the fish seem to be a little more lively. I dont know why but...

    Bye Bye Chromis?

I have a few Chromis which were really cheap and are really nice to look at if I want to see blue then green and the then blue, but they are eating most of the food I put in my tank and are taking up the valueble space. I would love to use the space to get other fish for the tank. Is it a bad...

    IT'S A BOY...AND A GIRL....AND A BOY....AND A GIRL...!!!!!!

I think it scared her when i was doing to water change and then she couldn't hang on to all the babies. There are still some there. I might try and get her in to a separate container in there so that if she does release the babies again i might be able to get some to survive. We'll see. But...

    IT's a Good Day!

i would avoid the anemone in a small tank as well. i made the mistake in my 12g and it was all over everyone. I would also wait. Most anemones need a tank that has been up and running for at least 4 months. even longer. just my 2 cents TOny
