If they are moving then they are not snail eggs. Are they about the same size as what you pictured?

Some snails lay eggs like that.

I've learned from experience that most crabs are hard to catch. I had a HH crab that made more over exert myself :mrgreen: just trying to get him out of a 5 gallon tank! On a side note, I've come to the conclusion that bad crabs (aquaria type of course) make grown women say very bad...

I've have several batches that have survived. Some of the little snails shells are starting to turn darker, verses the white shell that they seem to be starting out with.

How are you managing a powerhead on such a small container?
