Thanks for all the comments. For those of you who know my situation with the death of my ricordea, well today I just recieved its replacement and in the proccess of acclimation.

Update as of 3-27 Here are some pictures of my tank after being re-arranged. I also some included photos of a couple of the inverts in my tank.

-I'm guessing it was the whole ricrodea, it was pretty tiny, no more than an inch long. And the ricordea has disintegrated. I found nothing more than little pieces of it on the rock. I wonder if that's not good for my water?

I didn't get the temp, but I know it wasn't in range. My area is cold as of right now, the temp today was about mid 20s, and the bag felt cold. It came in a reg. postal carboard box with newspaper surrounding the bag, no heater pack, no styrofoam lining. So you could imagine how cold the water was.
