If you use tap water you'll need a hefty cleanup crew to battle algea blooms if your local water is high in phosphates. Might be a better idea to simply buy RO/DI water.

I'm going to go with the R2 moonlight, I liked those in the beginning but didn't know what I was doing. I only paid 15 for it and I'm goign to send it back to the manufacture with a copy of my recipt. I don't expect anything but they will know their product bombed out after two months.

You'll want a variety of everything, each speicies will eat something different so you don't want a homogenious cleanup crew. VAriety is the spice of life anyway, get a few of each and let 'em get to work!
