the thing is thier juvenal, would the still know how to host?

i have 2 juvenal Ocellaris Clownfish in my tank. my questions is, if they have never been in contact with anemone befor or anything like that would they know how to host? if i was to put an anemone or coral plate in my tank will tey host it?

i know this sounds noobish but im still trying to figur out how 2 use my water test kit im using(fast test kit) i dont know if im doing it right but i thing everything at 0. and as for water changes i do about 20% water changes or 3g water changes.

is it good to do alot of water changes even if my tank ISNT fully cycled. or would it take longer if i do frquent water changes will it take longer to cycle?
