Well i dont know if this is of any help but if i had the ability of doing DIY i probably do this guy DIY'S look how he put that skimmer over there and 2 things that skimmer really works i have seen it a girl using it in her nano at my LFS and works other things is that is not expensive at all...

Mine do that too is like they sheed or something...(sorry bad spelling) i just give it more flow when that happens then he spit some brown stuff then days later opens fully and looks even bigger & puffier....

Well the live rock it self has alot of dead organism that will help you with the cycle just let it be or alittle of any food will be fine just to create some amonia.... and light will only create bad algae bloom.... just be patient and 3-4 weeks and you will start with cleaning crew and so on...

And i use Kent marine PH buffer http://www.marinedepot.com/md_viewItem. ... uct=KM3153 the super buffer DKH can sometime dont help with the ph and only rise the KH well in my case.... so see what others say.

lol i have the 3 and firefish is by his self close to clown and well at first YWG & pistol will go their own way after some days or week finally they will pair they make a nice pair really ... i got my YWG a week before the pistol and then 4 days later the perfect marriage..... just let me tell...
