You may try some cyclop-eeze , to get him to eat or some frozen brine shrimp to start him to eat. Brine shrimp is not nutritious but may help if he is picky if you do use brine shrimp (frozen) soak in selcon to give nutrition. If he was caught using cyanide then there wont be much hope for him ...
