Being I am shrimp freak when I was trying to get them all in my 6 gallon, I was only reduced to getting a few kinds. I have sexys and an anemone shrimp. I used to have a rare species called Tiger Shrimp or Spiny Shrimp (their nicknames) I know a harlequin we could keep, shouldn't be a...

some new shots under my new lighting

yeah they are in there, but the real only bio load it that from my two clowns. (which isn't much, and contained with my weekly water changes) The others are real small, like guppies, and don't really contribute to a higher bio load. I monitor the the levels with test kits and everything is...

    White Xenia Crab

oh yeah forgot, GGG. Tongs is awesome for selling corals and little frags, as well as their big selection of fish. I like Pacific Reef for it's nearby, I can get general things there and sometimes a fish. The guy who works there is cool too (Mike). There are a few others I need to check...

JBJ 6 Modded by Nanocustoms. My Experience

Yes there is room for improvement, and waiting perhaps may be a good idea. The JBJ 6 gallon stock has a built in ballast in the hood, unlike the jbj 12 and 24 that come with a ballast, making the mod like this a bit easier. You have to remove the stock ballast, patch the hole on top where...
