    How hot is too hot?

With my new pad now, high temperatures are a thing of the past, central air is on and kicking! I dont do it for my tank, but for myself as well. I like keeping my new home in the 70's. About 74 or 75. Leaves my tank stable at 77 where i have the tank heater set on :)

the cube sold the night before we moved out. ( a guynamed William from nano-reef ) As for us in general, it was a hot and tiring move, but in all, we made it in okay. I have no internet yet, but when I do get it at home, I'll be sure to post pics of the new pad. All I can say is that...

that fish looks like a sifting type goby. Does it eat up sand and let is sift out of his gills? if not, it may be a goby that eats pods.

    How hot is too hot?

I can top all of that. Sandra and I would have to rush home every day and throw in ice packs and what not to drop down our temperatures. (here in the apt, the heat gets trapped in, whether windows are open or not, so the temps get to 86 or so.) Nothing has ever died or nothing weird...

got to sell it all fast and cheap!!!!!

Yeah, it sounded shady with no pics and not knowing who he was. That's why I personally like "local only" or a very trusted member who I've seen doing transactions with other people on the boards and they have gotten nothing but praise and trust. Sheisters like that guy wasn't worth it and...

12 gallon nanocube DX for sale! (local only, pickup only)

hey Ed, we out of glue, but if you have any or if we come across some b4 you do, we can easily branch off some of that to another piece of LR, so you both have some. That stuff grows fast, so at the stage it's in now, it's easy to branch it into two seperate pieces.

    clown with white skin

Do the white spots look like this? To be for sure, keep trying with the shots, out of the dozens you'll take, one will be decent enough for us to make a proper identification.

    Temp. question

That N. snail is no threat to him, as long as he's alive and kicking, there's no problem, if he's sick and weak, the snails will pick up on that and attempt to eat him as he's dying. As for the fish ending up in chamber 1, that used to happen to me a lot. I ended up adding some left over...

hey that setup looks familiar with that ATO and reservoir I have, lol. (mike setup mine, when he was down visiting me last) I have that same container from Target, makes as a great reservoir. Only difference is I am using regular aquarium tubing and the aqualifter to pump water back in...

new shots of my 6'er (per Edgray's request)

to answer some questions... it's been up for about a year and 5 months. The gobies (yellow, blue, and cherry) are from Tong's The 6line is actually a 4line wrasse from Pacific Reef. The algae you see in some areas are from neglect on my part. Sometimes I miss a week for water...

new shots of my 6'er (per Edgray's request)

Hey guys/gals: Sorry for no posting of my tank, but ol Edgray hit me up to post, so I couldn't back down, lol. Nothing has changed really, everything is healthy and growing. Only exception is the piece of SPS my brother gave me on the left. (I expected instant death, but somehow it managed...

    Temp. question

heat isssues in the cubes is just a common thing though. If you raise the temperature, it may even get hotter, especially come summer. The only way around it, is getting creative and seeing how you can add more fans to the hood. I'm trying to see how about adding two additional small fans to...
