Chances are it is Nutri sea water that is sourced from flordia and out of the ocean just what part I can not remember :-) This stuff cost 12 bucks for 2 gallons so for us distilled is the cheapest as well as mixing it is cheaper for us to use http://www.naturesocean.com/nutri_sea_water.htm...

Absolutely if you dont understand or know then ask . As for adding a brighter tube the ballast may burn out or create a fire hazzard or just wont light . With a 25 watt heater you should not need a fan but if you find that you are running hot then you could add one , with the open top tank you...

Hi and welcome to nanotank Heater = 25 to 50 watts Skimmer = shouldnt need one if you do weekly 10% 20% water changes As for corals in an elcipse system you will be very limited with out some diffrent lights they are just to weak for corals . I am not real well versed on the eclips system...

I would say maybe some green star polyp and some mushrooms but that is pretty much the limit for corals something like this one would allow for some other things as well. I dont think that 2 13 watt lights is over doing it :mrgreen: If you are good at DIY you may be able to add a diffrent light...

Our stores sell ro/di for $3.50 and up a gallon so we now use distilled water .. :mrgreen: it is about 50 cents a gallon .... HTH :mrgreen:

Use a shot glass or something like it break up some live rock place the shroom in the shot glass with the rubble on the bottom of the glass place in a lower flow area they should attach in a few days HTH :mrgreen: Welcome to nanotank

At our pet stores we have to special order many things for our tanks here . Check @ www.drsfostersmith.com they may have them there :mrgreen: it is a titanium heater at worst it may dent :mrgreen:
