The rock you have (I forget the name of it ) is not sutiable for a salt tank it can leach in to your system over time I would change it out with cured live rock..... the rock you are useing is for a fresh water application .Other wise looking good keep the pics comming And :welcome nanotank

You did the right thing there by returning them to their home ....Tho in another post you say they are eating ? Did you or did you not return them ......not worth risking introduction of a disease into a stable established system ....I do hope they were returned .

Wow Mike hopefully you can keep em down lower ..I know you have been having some difficulties with them keep us posted on the algone and how it works ...as for the coco worm did he by chance decrown? You said he was having the discharge of stuff and perhaps he is getting ready to give you babies...

I dont have first hand experience with the nano cubes but dj, dragon , mike and skip all have em and may be able to help you perhaps you could pm them for help and info :mrgreen:

Please return them they will not do well for you you need a tank that has been up at least a year, they require live food and will deplete them very quickly in a small system ...they will be impossible to train to eat frozen foods and brine unless is gut loaded and still has the yolk sack...

Mike I only have one more sugesstion and that would be to add addtional cleaner/skunk shrimps they set up the cleaning stations and help keep it at bay ... the other thing would be to do a fresh water dip but in your case maybe a bit hard to net them all out .........sorry I am not of more...

check the wires for loose wires if that is not the case you may need to replace them if that does not work you could try a room fan over top it for now to help ... Dj, Dragon , and Mike , Skip are the experts on the cubes here :mrgreen:
