I have a really old house (80 yrs old) and with my central AC running 24/7, I can't get this place under 80 during the hot Texas day which really sucks. My tanks fortunately don't get above 84 degrees with the lights on so I've been lucky so far...
I've placed a big floor fan pointed...
I run my 6gal NC the same way as skipm. My nanoskim does seem to fit more snugly than you described though. Sounds like the clamp is offset a little bit. I'd just relay all this info to Chris and see if he can send you out a new one. Good luck with it and keep us posted.
Yeah, that is one thing I learned early - get the smallest hermits/snails as possible as the big one will just knock things down left and right. Make sure you put in a handful of bigger, extra shells for when they need them though. :mrgreen:
I just meant nice 'rocking back and forth flow' for this coral to flourish. I had some GSP and BSP on the bottom of my tank with little flow (& little growth) but then put them closer to flow & powerheads and they just took off. I eventually had so much GSP that I sold it off and got some good...
