I have all sorts of critters on my rock. What is this little guy?

looks like a zoo polyp that has spent too much time at the bottom of the live rock tank in the LFS

I see. He wasn't visible on the rock like that when I got it, he's just cropped up in the past couple of days. He's not bad or anything?
