Yahoo toolbar, how to remove?

Hi people, another computer thing from an illiterate here.

I have this Yahoo toolbar which is on the top of every internet explorer window i open up. Anyone know how to get rod of it?

Any help greatly appreciated.

I think you can remove this one through add/remove programs in your control panel.

Correct. Go to your start menu, choose My Computer, then on the left, you can select add/remove programs. Scroll through till you find that program then delete it.

keep in mind that's how you properly remove any software you install. Anything that you get extra, like other type toolbars you are not aware of...you may need to get spyware removal software.

I use and recommend "spysweeper"

I like the Google toolbar. The autofill function is function is really nifty for filling out your name/address, etc. It also has the regular search bar right below your IE address bar which is handy.
