Which camera has these features?

Been doing a bit a research online and was hoping to get a bit of help from you all. Would like to find a digital camera that can: 1. Take pictures in both JPEG and RAW formats. 2. Has at least 4x optical zoom (12 would be better, or at least the ability to add an attachment later) 3. Has a flash/autoflash. 4. Would like 4 or more mega pixels 5. Price around $300.00 6. Has a Macro mode.

It's the RAW format which is going to boost the price quite a bit for this...

Canon Powershot S70 is a nice camera which can save in RAW mode, has 3.6x optical, flash, 7.1M effective pixels, has a macro mode and costs about $350 i believe... (Alternate is the model down S60, although i'm not sure about the RAW mode on this one...)

There's alot of other camera's about that will have all the features you want for that kind of price but will lack the RAW compatibility (So i'm wondering if this is an absolute necessity for you?)

This camera is actually for a friend of mine and yes the RAW is needed because he is a web designer/ graphics artist guy and prefers that format. Thanks for those suggestions, I'll look into those two. I'm sure a price difference of $100.00 wouldn't kill him.
