What teh heck are these?

I found myself staring in my new tank one day and saw these little things moving around? What are they? Are they bad for my tank?

The first one I think may be copepods...but I've never seen one in real life before, only drawings and some pics. But the other star like thing, I have never seen before?

Anyone know what they are?

The top one looks like some type of pod. I'm not at home so I can't search it more, atleast until I get back tonight. The lower one looks like what I get on the glass of my tank and I believe that it is a form of tube worm or feather duster as most call them. I will try and research these a bit more tonight.

Top one is a pod. Bottom is probably some kind of hydroid or maybe a tube worm as Trogdor says. All good news because someone in your tank is gonna eat 'em.

might also be the start of aptasia...dunno but some small ones in my tank kind of look like the bottom photo. Approximately how big is the object in the bottom photo.

They are all tiny. I assumed the first photo are pods. The second photo I did some reserch and I think theyre hydroids like you guys said. They are all the same sizes more or less.
