I know the one is a red-headed goby and i think the other is a green banded goby.

... and well yeah jesse is right and well they are my favorite too and lets dont leave behind the blue or gold neon goby other kinda of small gobies i love i had them all 3 long time ago but ill soon again as soon as my LFS gets the greenbanded goby one again so far a have 2 redheads gobies and 1 blue neon goby...you can see the difference on my 2 redheads the older one has more a orange head (7months old) than red in the pic with the clam and the other one in my avatar he is true neon glowing red (2 weeks old)... ohh and thats not all there is another variation is same just a yellowish coloration on head really nice maybe ill get the missing coloration from redhead family who knows... lol...
