Im not sure exactly what that is... Im really not good at this whole ID thing. However, I believe it is some sort of LPS coral. The feeding tentacles look very similar to a candy cane's.

Im sure others will chime in.

too early to tell at that size they all look the same........check this link: it was attached to the rock in the background but i have since broke it free and moved it

this looks a lot like what mine looked like at that time - now it is the size of a quarter and i believe its a baby fungia, but yours could be that or any of a number of mussids as well?????????just a guess cool find no matter what you call it :)!
