the question is what do you feed your tank ,
what results have you seen with the food you are feeding, if none of the above apply let me know what you use

Cyclop-eez and marine plankton for years. Sometimes I feed shrimp or scallop pieces to my hammer or mushrooms directly.

I feed little bits of frozen shrimp and formula one. I also feed the tank live phytoplankton. Once the formula one is gone I'll switch to cyclop-eeze or however you spell it.

Bornemans mix, cyclopeeze, brine, mysis, krill, silversides, marine plankton, flake, phyto, and a bunch of other stuff. :)

I think a varied diet is helpful. I also think it's necessary for tanks with a large mix of fish.

FWIW my work nano doesn't get quite as big a mix of foods, it's mainly cyclopeeze, mysis, and a bit of phyto.
