what do you all suggest?

hey guys
do you suggest better to do a 20 % water change once a week on my nano or do you guys suggest two 10% water changes during the week

i just assume two water changes would be better in replenishing trace elements
i use natures ocean saltwater. i used my test kits on th saltwater and the levels ar as followed:
ph 8.3
calcium 450ppm
alk 2.5

I don't think there's really that much difference between the two choices. Mainly it becomes a question of which schedule is gonna be easier for you to maintain?
