water circulation

i have a skilter 250 on my 10gal tank what i want to know is will this provide enough water circulation or will i still need a pump ??? i am trying to keep the back of my tank as clean looking as possible will this skilter provide enough water circulation??? :titanic

I would seriously consider placing in a set of power heads to help discourage algae growth on our 7 gallon we have a filter of 150 gph
2 power heads of 140 gph for a total of over 430 gph

You'll probably need another PH or two. I've got a modified skilter on my 6g at work, and it's a very low flow tank. I think you'll need more flow in a 10g. I'd start with one small one and see if that's doing the trick. If not it's easy to add another one.
