warning against ,JBL , nano cube mfg they will not work with the consumers . we called to locate one of the products and was met with a rude person named frank we have looked for one product for over 3 weeks and tried to locate a store in our local area but to no avail he was rude and arrogant to us .Just be fore warned that the end user is a nobody to this company and was told as such I am not mad at the company per say but they are rude so if you need to contact them good luck you are warned :lighting

Odd, must have been bad employee. My brother dealt with JBJ, and he said he had the best customer service and the fastest service as to getting a replacement cube. Where are you from ? There has to be people selling the cubes around here, so that way you dont have to deal with them anymore. Check out the classifieds at nano-reef, and or Reef Central. no noone sells or orders the cubes in our area I am from pa and went as far as columbus ohio to look now I am sure that I did not find all the stores in ohio but I only need the light it is the desk top fermosa 48 watts that is all that I can find that is that size in both watts and length there is another that is a 16 inch but 17 inches would fit better I have my eye on a catalina aquarium light that is 64 watts so that would light the tank but I am worried about the width I only have about 6.5 inches in width :evil: and will fit the tank that we have I am glad he had good luck we have been looking for 3 weeks and drove 4 hours one way to find the lights with no luck I may be trashing the tank all together and saying screw it :sad: and putting the humidifiers back in I thought these were nicer to look at than a humidifier
