Using unique HTML Title tags?

Hello,
i was wondering how difficult it would be to use unique titles? it's kind of a pain because it renders the Back button useless. all i see is:

Nanotank
Nanotank
Nanotank

it would be nice if it read:

Nanotank: Pictures of my tank (or whatever thread name)
Nanotank: Search Results
Nanotank: Forum Home

or something of that nature. it just makes the web surfing experience so much better.
