Hello all. Some of your tanks amaze me.
This is my 16g bow front. It has been set up for about a year and a half.
However, during my honeymoon in July, we were out of town for a week and I did not set the air conditioning. As a result, our apartment got above 90 every day for 6 days. At the time, I had about 10 or so corals including a flowerpot, pipe organ, xenia, green star, two soft corals, etc as well as a red scooter blenny. I lost nearly all of them, except the colony polyps and rose anemone and a gold stripe maroon. The rose anemone was affected adversely, however. It is now white, pink, and quite straggly.
Therefore, I am sort of starting anew. The tank is re-cycling. Now I have a monti digitata, blue gorgonian (both new since disaster, ha ha), the original colonies of polyps, new green star polyps, a mushroom that not only survived the disaster, but also being partially buried under a rock in the back of the tank.
My goal is to have all different sorts of zoos, a couple different lower light SPS. I would eventually like to get rid of the clown and anemone to make way for some nier stuff.
