Hello all. Some of your tanks amaze me.

This is my 16g bow front. It has been set up for about a year and a half.

However, during my honeymoon in July, we were out of town for a week and I did not set the air conditioning. As a result, our apartment got above 90 every day for 6 days. At the time, I had about 10 or so corals including a flowerpot, pipe organ, xenia, green star, two soft corals, etc as well as a red scooter blenny. I lost nearly all of them, except the colony polyps and rose anemone and a gold stripe maroon. The rose anemone was affected adversely, however. It is now white, pink, and quite straggly.

Therefore, I am sort of starting anew. The tank is re-cycling. Now I have a monti digitata, blue gorgonian (both new since disaster, ha ha), the original colonies of polyps, new green star polyps, a mushroom that not only survived the disaster, but also being partially buried under a rock in the back of the tank.

My goal is to have all different sorts of zoos, a couple different lower light SPS. I would eventually like to get rid of the clown and anemone to make way for some nier stuff.

Current 20" dual C/F 6500/10000 and actinic
100-watt stealth heater
Bak Pak 2R
Rio 50
Rio 90
About 23 pounds of live rock
15 or so pounds of live sand
3 scarlet hermits
About 6 blue hermits
3 Turbo snails
About 20 nassarius snails

Nice pics. Sorry to hear about your AC problem. I bet that sucked big time to come home to find that!

You've got some amazing coraline growth on your rocks.

updated pics...

Just rearranged my tank and added some corals that I adopted from a friend who is getting rid of his tank. Don't ask me what he is thinking! Anyways, the torch and frogspawn was from his 55 gal. I have also added pics of the new arrangement as well as some close-ups of corals.

That is awesome! I love comparing old photos of my tanks. I guess thats why I'm always taking pics whenever I get a chance.

That is a really nice piece.
