uk reefer needs help

just getting ready for receipt of my nano
i have bought an established tank from a guy who's emigrating- so got quite a good deal on it

it comes with compact MH with 24w actinic and is a pendant- here is the problem- i live in rented accomm and cannot suspend from ceiling or put wall brackets up

so looking for some mounting legs for the light to sit on-
anyone know where i can get luminaire style mounting legs from- please bare in mind i am from the u.k.

the unit is 395 mm long and 220 mm wide
the tank is a boyu (uk nanocube) and is 49cm wide

please help!!

If you are handy with wood you could alway make a stand that has feet on either side of the tank with a croosbrace that goes over the center of the tank, you could suspend the light from this crossbrace. You could also manufacture a similar stand out of pipe to hang the fixture from. One of the benefits of this is that you still have the option of raising and lowering the light as needed, you would loose this option if you were to just add legs to the light.

I'm sure there is an equivlant to 1"x2' lumber in your area. I'm guessing 2.5 cm by 5 cm would be quite nice for maybe an open style canopy that you could hang the pendant from.
