tentacles!!!!

well i have been trying to get a picture of them but i cant..... so let me describe. The tentacles stick out of the rocks and are white and black striped with hairs. No idea what it is. is it a Brittle star(mini). or the dreaded Digitate hydroids :???: thank you in advance

If it moves probably a star (moves from spot to spot). Without a picture I am a bit blind. If in doubt I say get rid of it before it gets out of hand.

well no it doesnt move it just stays there, its like 3 tentacles that i can see grouped and they wiggle but i can never see the center nor does it ever move out from its spot
