Stupid ??, but gotta ask

Okay..this may be a stupid question, but I need to ask. I don't think I really paid too much attention to the water levels in the back filtration compartments of my NanoCube 24DX. I had a Fission skimmer in, that I had taken out (JUNK by the way), and did my sponge cleanings and all, but when I replaced them, I noticed that the 2 and 3 compartments were now the same water level. I was thinking that prior to me messing around and pulling the media out, they were all different levels....that the seperation between 2 and 3 kept the water compartments seperate.

Okay, so if its all the same level, GOOD. If not, what did I do to change the levels in the bacK? How can I get them back to the right levels?

Don't worry about it. If they were different, it really doesn't matter. Put the sponges back in if you want (not needed) and let it go.

Dont worry about that cause if you have a surface skimmer you can just move it until you have the desire water levels in your chamber (by lowering the surface skimmer) and well if you have a surface skimmer..cause i just use one sponge and levels are ok only things is that i have to move my surface skimmer to get the perfect water levels in chamber.....and thats good that your protein skimmer is taking stuff out..excellent.
