Something is Eating My Live Rock!

I've had my tank for nine weeks now, but I just started noticing holes appearing in my live rock. It looks like something is tunneling/burrowing into the LR. Do you all know what could be doing this?

I have an emerald crab, a couple of hermit crabs and snails, a peppermint shrimp, a watchman goby, and a royal gramma.

I have examined my tank at night with a flashlight, but all I can find are 1/5" little clear centipede-looking bug-things that seem to crawl around on the LR and a couple small aiptasia.

As for whats eating your rock? I have no idea.

I figured they were copepods because I had seen a few pictures online. My live rock isn't deteriorating quickly which is good, and there are no new tunnels yet, but I'm still concerned...
