Can you give us some more info on it? Is it smooth or bumpy? What size is it? How has it always looked like this? Without any extra info, my guess would be a bleached ricordea.

I don't think it's a ric. It looks too smooth. Possibly discosoma. It's definitely bleached out though.

yep discosoma ie "speckled mushroom" further ID almost impossible

its smooth and its about the size of a nickel. didnt buy it just found it one day when i was rearranging my tank. its alwasy looked like that and hasnt grown since ive discovered it. oh yeah it doesnt like LIGHT....lol

how did it get bleached?does that mean it albino?

Bleaching is caused by stress - temperature too high, not acclimating properly to lighting system, water quality issues. Lower it in the tank and give it time, hopefully it will recover.

none of my other shrooms are like this......just this one. i found it in one of my caves when i went to move the piece of LR.
