OK, I've been reading when I set up my tank, a JBJ 24, I should "replace the bio balls in chamber two with live rock". So...do I just fill up the chamber up all the way, half way, a little bit?...with live rock...or is it small pieces? Exactly what am I trying to do or create here, lol?

The idea will be to create more area for the good bacteria in your tank to do their job.
Fill it up, the more the better.

If you have been using the bio balls already I would advise a gradual removal. 25% a week should be fine. Otherwise you *may* create a large spike in the nitrogen cycle.
