Reef safe epoxy-type stuff?

Sorry for the noob question:

I want to buy some epoxy/putty type stuff to attach my live rock together to make it more stable and so it does not have to be leaning on the back and sides of my tank which is making it difficult to clean properly, and to attach some frag discs to the LR. Thing is, I already have fish in the tank and some coral frags. I just did not realise until a short time ago that cementing things was an option, lol.

Can I use it under water in the tank, or do I have to take everything out, which could possibly kill some of the things living on the LR? (I do not want another cycle on my tank)

Do I need to take the fish out and put them in a bucket or something while i am doing this? Should I do a WC afterwards? Will it be harmful to the living critters in the tank in any way at all? Will it stick underwater/poison things or must I do it on a dried piece of rock?

There is a product called AquaStikâ„¢ Epoxy Putty that will do the trick. It is even sold at PetSmart I believe. I bought an epoxy putty at Home Depot called AquaMend and it is a little bit cheaper. Both of these products can be used underwater with corals/fish still in the tank.

I have used Aquarium Systems Holdfast putty and found it works well--although no doubt other products do too.
The important thing is that any adhesive should be cyanoacrylate based (super glue) since that is guaranteed to be aquarium safe--such adhesives are even used to glue living fish tissue in scientific experiments.
For attaching corals etc, high-gel super glue is often preferred since it is less obtrusive than the putties which are more suited to gluing large rock pieces.

I use the aquastick bc my hermits like to knock my softie frags onto the sand below.

I have used the marineland stuff and the expoxy from two little fishies and both work good.
