I have a 20g setup

30lbs of fiji rock not live yet it's been sittin in my yard for over a year
40lbs of live sand
rio nano skimmer which i'm thinking about putting my HOB BAK-PAK but i'm not to keen on the micro bubbles it produces over the first month or less

and a ughh ughh Bio-Wheel. Should I 86 the biowheel. I thought i'd use it to help generate some bacteria until my tank matures. I'm new to the Nano world and so far i'm loving it.
I'm using 4 bulb 24w T5 ho i'm thinking about switching the bulbs later on down the road to:
2) B+
1)aqua blue
1) 65k
Is this a good choice?
Maybe i'll post some pics of the tank. I'm battling brown algae so i''m thinking the problem is lights and water flow i currently have 2 nano power head #1 and i just added an old head i had long time ago but it's too powerful for everyday use but i'ts stirring things up for now.

Get rid of the wheel and do not use 65k bulbs. They are for plants and will do wonders for algae but nothing for corals. You need 10K or higher.

so the biowheel maybe causing my algae bloom? 10k geisman or ATI? I was hoping to get away with standard UVL daylight

Actually for the T5s the 6500k is okay. I personally liked to have two blue lamps, a 6500k-10,000k lamp, and an actinic lamp.

Oh and yeah get rid of the bio-wheel. Really on your live rock to do the biological filtration.
