yep both the 250 and 400 a long time ago - I would say save your money - better options out there

cool how is it working out for u ?? and when u say slightly modified what did u do to it and also do u have any pics?? sorry about all the question but i have read so many different things some good and some bad so i thought i would ask ppl who have actually used themincysor said:I'm running a slightly modified 250 on my 6g nano.

Drilled a hole through the top to drop an airline/airstone in the center of the riser tube to improve skimming action. Drilled another near the lid so that if the collection cup filled up it would drain out another airline tube into a jug.
I use a carbon/filter pad and a few bio balls in it. That's it.
The tank hasn't had any problems since I set it up nearly a year ago.
This one is my least-maintenance tank. 1g a week water change. I replace the filter pad about once a month or so, (It's been nearly 3 at this point), empty the skimmate cup about once a month. Other than wipe the glass with the magnetic cleaner about once a week I really don't need to do much to this tank.

ok thanks for the info i will be getting the 250 in about a week and will connect it to my 10gal
