Yeh, i use it. i think you mean Phytoplex. Its good stuff just to warn you though, you'll want to follow the guidelines on the directions. It is pretty potent and you want to be careful using it in a nano.

do you mean about the water changes and stuff or about it making the corals and stuff grow faster? I know it sounds kinda dumb but this coming from someone who didnt even know you were supose to feed them :doh :D

Its a good way to add phytoplankton which in turn provides the necessary nutrients for hard/soft corals, featherdusters, clams, etc. I was just saying that you dont want to use too much because excessive amounts could lead to a swing in your water parameters.

I alternate Phytoplex one week, Chromaplex the next. other well known products include DT's phytoplankton, cyclopeeze, Zooplex.

I also use the Kent products and have to agree with reefman, feed several different foods alternating them. Different corals eat different sized foods and varying their diet will help to ensure that all of the corals are getting the right food for them.

my button polyps love mysis, i target feed them........well sometimes, most of the time i dont. they should get enough food when you feed the rest of your tank, that is if you have anything else in the tank.
