I am a firm believer in the fact that you CANNOT have TOO MUCH flow in a reef tank... if the flow is well distributed, that is. If you are using the stock maxi-jet 1200 pump from the Seaclone 100, then that is around 300 gph...pair that up with the flow from the skilter (around 200-250 gph) and I would say that the flow is right where it should be. I like the idea of the "DIY spraybar", but if the holes aren't large enough are if there arent enough of them, you will be restricting the flow of the pump. Play around with it a little bit and you should be good.

Are you running the "spraybar" horizontal or vertical?
