PH and KH issues, question about top off water

I am unable to get my water parameters correct.

Temp: 78-79F
SG: 1.024
PH: 7.7
KH: 7
PO4: 0
No2: 0
N03: 12.5
NH3+NH4: 0
Ca: 350ppm

I cannot seem to get my PH, KH, or Ca raised. I am scared that this is hurting my inhabitants. Any Suggestions would be helpful.

Also, regarding top off water, for those who dont have an RO system, what do you all use for your top off water? I know that I shouldn't be using top off water from the tap, but I fill my resivoir for my auto top off with tap water treated with Prime, and let it sit for 24 hours to off gas. I know I should be using something else, but what can I do that wont break the bank but be safe for my tank. I go through 5 gallons ever 3-4 days or so... Also, can I put supplements in the water in the resivoir such as Ca?

What supplements do you all recommend for a reef tank?

Thanks sooooo much in advance.

Distilled is better than tap by far. For the raising of your parameters have someone test your MG, if it is low then your CA can be low too. PH could be due to tap water. Kalk is a good way of adding CA cheaply but ready up on it first. It actually help remove bad things in the water too. But it is super strong on the PH scale so please please research (I haven't used it, I use two part to dose).
