New Tank

Ok, so tommorrow i should be getting my new 30Gal tank, i'm going to make it a reef tank but i was considering stocking options...

Atm fish-wise i was thinking:
Pair of juvenille clowns (from my nano)
Firefish (or maybe two later on)
Flame Angel or Orange Line Angel
Mandarin (that takes frozen, quite a few around here)
Goby and shrimp pair
(I may take the firefish and clowns from my nano initially, but not sure yet, may try some B/W clowns...)

Invert wise:
Pistol Shrimp
Cleaner Shrimp
2 Peppermint Shrimp
10 to 20 Hermits
5 Astreas Snails
Feather Dusters
Crab (any idea what sorts?)
Maybe eventually an anenome (if i can get it right)

Corals i'd like to keep:
Zoos
Xenia
Mushrooms
Leather

Obviously i'll have to take my time over stocking, probably will take about 4 months to get to max stock but the other thing i was wondering about, and i'll know you'll all advise against, but i was going to try getting a young porcupine puffer and trying to see if i can keep it reef safe till it gets to large...

Basically i wanted to know what you all thought of my livestock choices, and if anyone had any other fish they'd recommend?

Edit: BTW - I intend to get roughly 15Kg + of live rock in the tank, probably more like 25 by end, depending on volume of it...

i would skip the angels - potential nippers, and the manderin - too small a tank will starve to death.....
i would skip the pepermints too - can become polyp eaters sexies, blood, and skunks are better choices
crabs are always risky but sallys, emeralds, and porcelins are your best options
corals - shrooms and zoas are always great choices, leathers are very hardy try a yellow figi for color, and add kenya tree or other softy, and maybe an LPS or two like faviads, mussids, or fungiads, and a candy is always a good choice for any tank. branching euphiads (ie torch, hammer, frogspawn) can also be included in a 30 if space is allowed for them - make sure you run carbon when you do a mixed garden reef to avoid allelopathic chemicals
of course JMO

Hmmm, i think i'll add the angel last in that case, if at all. Thanks for the advice has heard they were clam nippers....
Hmm, i wonder if the peppermint in my nano is why my polyp looks a little weird then today, thanks for this info again, i'll see if i can find sexies, had trouble finding any for my nano for some reason...
Mandarins again, i had one in my nano, which ate live brine, pellets, frozen foods reguarly, and they seem to be quite available around here, but that won't be for a while yet...
Crabs, thanks for that, that's what i needed to know. What about anenome crabs?...
Corals, hmmm, kenya tree seems like a good idea, plate corals? Hammers are nice as well...
O, another thing i'd potentially like to get is a Clam so is there any problems forseeable yet with this?

As far as the clam goes, you didnt list your lighting options. If you want a clam, wait AT LEAST 6 months after the tank has stabilized, and get 2x150 watt MH if the tank is longer than 30 inches.

Erm, lighting is going to be around 6W per gallon (at least) is the plan as i'm modding the hood myself this is quite susceptible to change atm... And i was aware of the maturity issues...
Thanks
