I got a new brain, he's a yellowish green color. Here you'll see actinic shots. I haven't gotten any daylights as they just went out just before acclimating it in. I'll do more shots in tomorrow.

As a added bonus, I have my anemone crab pic, one of the pom pom crab (alas he didn't live a week, not sure why...poor thang didn't eat..), micro star that came from the sandbed and went up on the glass, and my sexies chillin on my frogspawn that is getting bigger. Enjoy the pictures :)

Yeah, just had no luck there unfortunately with the pom pom. I think I purchased it when it was on it's way out and no longer accepting food. Oh well, I'll try again when they get a good supply of them, so i can get picky and choose the one I want.

Anyway as for the anemone crab, he has now abandoned his post. He left my Red Open Brain, and has gladly made the transition to my new brain. Here's a few more shots this afternoon. Enjoy um'

here is the bum, in his new home. (he's gettin' ready to shed soon, he's real dirty)

just fed some cyclopeeze...

here the candy cane snuck in for some attention here

Amazing, just amazing pictures. I always love when you post cause I know they are gonna be really nice pics...

I'd love to see Sandras tank as I only hear about what she gets and never do see updates on her tank.

As a matter of fact her tank should be comming on a one year anniversary, if memory serves me right, it was thanksgiving last year or x-mas time that I talked you two into this addicting world.

true true brother. It will be 1 year anniversary for Sandra, but not a whole lot of spectacular things have happened, other than coraline algae growing on the walls and her existing corals getting bigger. Anything that was once "one head" is now like 3 heads, and expand real big. Just recently we both went though the gross slime algae stage, and barely getting over it. (did a lot of manual sucking it out with the turkey baster) There hasn't been anything that has tickled Sandra's fancy yet. Other than she's always intrigued with fishies. Her tank was a starters tank, as to learning into this hobby, so she has gone though all sort of different corals and has returned a lot too for credit. What she has left now is one frogspawn, and one hammer coral. The rest are some zoos here and there, few mushrooms, and a lot of GSP. That stuff seems to thrive too much in there and she has to keep it in check. She does have yellow polyps, and some red sea xenia too.

I have been more involved with my tank on getting it look real nice, but now that it's doing real good these days, I'll help on bringing hers up back to par real soon.

thanks guys for the compliments. It fits nicely and occupies a great new place. It's doing very well. My porcelain crab is bouncing between both brains. He's in heaven!! :)
