Hi all, this is my first posting here. I've had several marine aquariums since 1998 but this is my first nano. Thank you for this web site ... it has proven very helpful!

your rock formations are really nice-- are you using anything special to hold them that way (like a pvc tube or anything)?

Thanks folks. No PVC or putty was used, just good old fashioned placement and balance. I was really, really picky with the rocks I choose (either out of my old 55 gallon or my LFS).

I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to create visually (all the tank pics here helped a lot), so I'm very happy with the outcome. The biggest challenge was deciding which SINGLE fish I would keep in this 8 gallon. I'm very happy with her too.
