I was pulling macro from main tank to put into fuge and when I was done, these were squirming around in the bottom of the bowl. Are these the worms that use substrate as it's housing? Not sure what they are.

I've seen fire worms before with all the little fine hairs come out of my filters. But I've never seen that type of worm.

Looks harmless but then agian I would defintely check with a LFS.

peanut for sure, I have a pretty little black and tan striped one in my LR, they will clean all the detris around them, also show that you have a healthy tank, id say put them back it but if you really dont like them its up to you

Spotted them on his mysterious live rock that he purchased a week ago. But I don't know if it's a peanut worm.

How do peanut worms eat? What do they eat??

Yeah mike it has to be peanut worm as it's striped with black and brown. They do eat nearby debris. It's neat, if a flake of food happens to land by it, it's starts retracting in and out very fast and leaves no trace of them. Gulp gulp gone! I had seen already last week the video of the peanut worm, the one that incysor has in the last link. I had found it when I was worried, and when I saw that I was more relieved.
