Anemones...no, not unless you have really bright lighting and thats all you want in the tank!!! Even then your pushing the envelope with a tank thats matured for about a year. The only anemone that might fiar well and not take up the whole tank are the rock/fl;ower anemones from the caribean. They are about 3-5 inches in size but are not host anemones.

Corals depending on the lighting you got a lot of options here. What kinda lighting do you have and what wattage?

the light i have is the the one that came with the hood it is a pfes 12 120vac60hz 46 amp
as far as teh bulb goes im not sure what the wattage is but upon some good recomendations i can get the appropriate one. i am in a great phase right now with just the bare esssentials so any advice would be awesome. lol no lives at stake right now :] so to get my tank on the road of art what could i do coral wise and plant wise ?
thanks ritsuko :D

Gotta link, as Im still not sure what light you have. Until I know that I cant suggest much for you.

With 40 wats of light you should be aboe to do variosu muchrooms, Zonthids, Leathers and polyps. Might be able to do pretty good with some LPS such as Candy Care corals, Fox Corals, Hammer, Torch and frog spawn corals.

:welcome Kenneth. This really isn't the best place to post this. I would suggest posting a want-to-buy ad in the classifieds here and it will get more attention. It is important that we keep these theads on topic.

Thanks,

Jease
