I would have to say in my opinion no
they rely on lighting for photosynthesis tho you still need to feed them if they feel that the lighting is not adequit it will "walk" to try and find something more sutible , and in the process stinging your other corals . If it does not survive it will mess the tank up , we had one and got rid of it not because of the above but because they can sting ,
