Nano-Cube Discontinued???

I E-Mailed "That Fish Place" in Lancaster PA asking if they had a Nano-Cube 12 Gallon DX in stock.
Below is their answer!!!!
Is this a known fact, and if so why??

I apologize but the 12 Gallon Nano Cube Deluxe Aquarium has been
discontinued; we no longer stock this particular item. In addition, all of
the Nano Cubes are either discontinued or will be discontinued once the
remaining Nano Cubes are sold from our inventory.

I have to agree, if they had been discontinued all together we would have know. This letter must be saying this vendor is not going to stock them any more, maybe they are going to switch over to Aquapods.
