My new fuge...

so im not a newbie, but this is a newbie question...

So i am setting up a 10 gallon fuge for my 5 gallon tank... lol crazy...

i have it filled up 3/4 of the way with fresh saltwater, 10lbs of arag-alive agragonite, and one medium sized fiji liverock (about 4-5lbs)....i wanted to smash it up into rubble but it has a nice sized carbbean feather duster worm, who has dropped his crown but is still in the tube, and i dont want to hurt him...

i have no pump for that tank yet (minijet 606 on the way), and no heater (75watt stealth heater on the way)...

once it cycles completely do i have to do anyhting special before i hook it up to the display and turn the pump on? i know check SG and make sure they are as close to exactly the same as possible, but as far as PH goes can i do anything? like if one is 8.2 and one is 8.3 thats not a big deal right?

im using a 102 gph powerhead 201 to pump water from the fuge to the display.. is that okay? i dont want to turn over the fuge too many times right? this is already almost 20x the display...

ill have the minijet inside the display to push water around (aimed at my future sps side of the tank)

Just a couple of quick questions.....

Will the sump be very far below the 5 gallon display?
Powerheads don't generate very much head and will loose alot of gph if it has to pump very high.

How is the water coming from the 5 to the sump? Drilled stand pipe or overflow? I have found that 5 gallon tanks don't have a lot of room for overflows.....

its going to have a hang on back overflow like the one on Melev's 29 gallon tank on his site...

www.melevsreef.com

someone is supposed to make it for me..

the 10 gallon is maybe a foot below the 5 gallon, not a lot.. but it is 4-5 feet to the left of it... if i notice it is not pumping well i will put them right next to each other, i just wanted to see what what growing in the fuge, etc. i can take a pic of my setup soon to show you guys..
