Looks like your tank is off to a good start. Live rock looks really good. What kind of lighting do you have? What kinds of corals do you plan to keep?

i have a 110 watt pc light i found on ebay for 50 bucks made by jebo, so far its worth the money  and i just placed a order for some corals last night that will be here tomorrow, they are mostly sps frags, with a tooth coral and a fairly large zoo colony

Sounds good. I guess all your water parameters are already in check and the cycling period is over :applause: Take pics of the corals when they come in. Did you order them online?

yeah my tank was actually cycling for 2 months with the rock and water changes before i started to put anything in it, im taking my time on this tank to make sure most of the money invested stays where its supposed to, and yeah i placed an order through chad on www.reefscience.com he offers amazing help and i highly recommend his site.

new pics coming up within the hour, i had a coral shipment today and also decided to raid my 75 gallon reef for small corals so now my empty looking tank in the first pic will look a lot less empty, please let me know what you think :D

Your clam looks like it's gaping....has it been like that for long? Could be a sign on declining health.
