This is my first reef tank and will not be the last... It has been 6-7wks so far... With the help of Fin-Addict in SA Tx. it has come along well so far... Starting with live rock, live sand and live 5Gal of "live" water from Fin_addict's propagation tank really helped with "Cycling" the system... It is a 5Gal Eclipse Hex. I did some Mod's to the light moving the light fixture back to fir a Coralife 20watt 50/50 adding a penguin 100 on the back with live rock... I left the Eclipse filter in place only removing the Bio-Wheel... There is 4" of live sand and about 5-6 pounds of live rock... I have two Bleeny's in it, a Brown Cheek and Two Spot along with 2 nassi. snails, a sexy shrimp and a small starfish...
