here's my 2.5. what do you guys think? it's been up since june '05. it's changed a bit since that pic. the brain & the sun are now in the 30 with the other 4 suns & i put in some yellow polyps, a gorgonian that i'm nursing back to health & a yellow clown goby.

thanks for the welcome :lol:

the suns aren't really hard to take care of but are a little time intensive as they require target feeding of every single polyp. i take all of mine out of the tank & feed in a separate container so i don't foul the water in the tank. i use a mixture of mysis, cyclop-eeze & krill & turkey baste it onto each polyp. the whole thing takes about 20-30 minutes or so. i do it 3-4 times per week. some people feed theirs every day but that's too much for me.

definitely get one if you feel like the time spent is something you'd want to do. it's really rewarding cuz when they're out feeding they're beautiful!
