I moved my rock with my hairy mushrooms trying to find where my red polyps went to. When i put the rock back down 2 of the mushrooms had this white thread looking stuff coming out the middle. Should i be worried?

They normally do this if they are stressed. I believe that it is their 'stomach' that they are expelling. Fairly common. They should be back to normal soon.

No you shouldn't be worried. But you might want to start using the search function on the boards. This question and a lot of your other ones are very common, and have been answered many, many times. The shroom is most likely expelling waste. They've only got one entrance/exit for food and waste, just like the anemones they're related too.
