Moving!

In approx. 2 weeks, I shall be moving to Cape Cod, so if anybody replies to any of my threads, sends me a PM, etc., I won't be able to reply for a little while.

Cape Cod huh? So tell us about your new position with this company. What all will you be doing? Have you worked with them before?

Well hell, what WON'T I be doing? It's mainly the upkeep and care of customer's marine tanks. The company does mainly FO tanks with dead coral skeletons, but I have a feeling that I could persuade him to do a few LR/LS/Protein skimmer reef setups, too. I'll be making $10/hour to train, then after that it gets bumped up to $12/hour, and when I fly to Nantucket to do jobs (which is fairly frequent, I'm told), it gets bumped up to $14/hour. Add to that the fact that the guy is giving me a cellphone and a PDA for job use, and the fact that I'm getting PAID to put together fish tanks, well...I'll be one happy fishy.

I've also got a job as a fishmonger down there, as well. I was getting paid $7.90/hour to keep fish alive at Petco...down there, they're going to pay me $9/hour to start just to kill the damn things. Ironic, huh?

Add to all that a job at Electronics Boutique (can you say Halo 2, Gran Turismo 4, Final Fantasy 12, Paper Mario 2, etc. early, and probably cheaper, anybody?), and I think I'm going to be set for jobs and money :wink:
