Minibow light intensity

Is the 32w retrofit on a minibow 7 considered low, medium, or high intensity?

I ran my minibow with 32 watts for about a year and kept LPS and montipora digitata with excellent growth, until I swapped it out for 70 watt MH.

I don't see how you could cram another 32 watts into the exisitng canopy - really nowhere to put it.

I saw some pics where two were literally tied into the canopy with cable ties. LOL it looked good on the outside and the tank was nice and bright. I think they also managed to put a PC fan in there.
